The Construction Hub: Killing the Word Doc Graveyard

I didn't suggest more software; I architected a Self-Governing Central Hub inside their existing environment. I replaced fragile Word forms with smart, logic-based inputs and built a 'Digital PIC' (Person In Charge) for automated accountability. We turned a 'black box' of data into a transparent, high-velocity library.
