A modern, interactive personal finance dashboard built for self-employed individuals. It features a premium glassmorphism design system to track income, manage expenses, and provide granular visibility into UK tax forecasting.
Challenge
Freelancers and self-employed professionals often face financial anxiety due to unclear tax obligations, disjointed expense tracking, and poor cash flow visibility, making it difficult to set and track realistic savings goals.
Solution
A highly secure, local-first dashboard that calculates real-time take-home pay after complex UK and Scottish tax/National Insurance deductions. It leverages LocalStorage for private data persistence and integrates dynamic Chart.js visualisations alongside a customisable savings goal tracker with progress bars and colour themes.
