Born from the need to secure the value of a proprietary digital estate, it functions as an autonomous 'Legacy Executor' that valuations, prepares, and guides non-technical heirs through the sale of the portfolio.
The Origin Story
As a Principal Architect, my responsibility extends beyond the production build; it ends with the lasting safety of my family. I built this local guardian to ensure that my intellectual property is never lost or undervalued in the event of my passing: providing a 'Gentle' guidance layer for my loved ones during a time of grief.

Challenge
Digital estates are notoriously difficult to value and sell, especially when they involve complex AI-native architectures. Grieving heirs often lack the technical expertise to manage an acquisition: leading to the risk of significant financial loss or the total disappearance of the founder's life work.
Solution
A local-only, phrase-triggered LLM that gains access to project documentation only when activated by the executor named in my will. It features a valuation engine for platforms like Gumroad and Acquire.com, an automated 'Sale Readiness' checklist, and a 'Gentle Assistant' mode that provides empathetic, step-by-step guidance for the sale of each asset.
