Challenge
Wedding planning is traditionally plagued by scattered emails, disjointed spreadsheets, and a lack of centralised communication between planners, couples, and guests. Client management becomes a bottleneck as the business scales.
Solution
A centralised digital hub with role-based views (Planner Command Centre, Bride App, and Mobile-First Guest App). It features 'Agency-Tier' tools like global checklists spanning multiple weddings, smart calendaring that manages client meetings against personal life logic, and instantaneous QR code sharing for guests.
