A premium, secure, and automated client onboarding platform designed for service providers. This application streamlines the client journey from contract signing to project kickoff, ensuring a highly professional, gated digital experience.
Challenge
The client onboarding process is often a disjointed mix of emails, loose PDFs, and unsecure password sharing, which looks unprofessional and creates administrative bottlenecks.
Solution
A seamless, gated digital journey that guides clients through a step-by-step flow: digital contract signatures with auto-generated PDFs, secure deposit handling, intake forms, and an encrypted 'Secure Vault' for credential sharing. The UI utilises physics-based Framer Motion animations to provide tactile feedback and mode-aware transitions for secure sections.
