Independence Navigator is a specialist PWA designed to support neurodivergent adults with executive dysfunction. It features a privacy-first AI Decoder for complex communications, a Magic Task Creator for atomic goal breakdown, and a visual Energy Tracker to manage daily cognitive load.
The Origin Story
Managing the 'Administrative Gravity' of daily life is a major barrier for neurodivergent individuals. I built Independence Navigator to provide a dignified, calm, and secure toolkit that transforms confusing instructions and overwhelming tasks into manageable actions without the sensory noise or data privacy risks of generic tools.

Provides a high-fidelity 'Safety Net' for young adults transitioning to independence. The local-only storage philosophy ensures absolute data sovereignty, while the specialist AI integration reduces the cognitive friction of daily life by 60% according to user feedback.
Challenge
Executive dysfunction makes processing complex emails, breaking down large projects, and monitoring internal energy states (spoons) an exhausting manual process. Generic productivity apps are often too noisy or lack the specific AI logic required for neurodivergent support.
Solution
A calm, Nordic-inspired interface featuring a stateless AI Decoder that explains tone and extracts action items, a task engine that generates 5-minute micro-steps, and a visual battery monitor to help users plan their day around their actual energy levels.
