The Origin Story
Born from the need to provide neurodivergent students with a dignified, high-performance tool that captures their real-world contributions without the friction of traditional academic reporting.
Challenge
Students in transition often struggle to articulate their value to employers. Daily placement achievements are frequently lost or fail to be translated into the 'Corporate Speak' required for CVs and job applications.
Solution
An AI-powered 'Placement-to-Skill' engine that allows students to log their daily wins. It then uses Gemini AI to map these experiences to professional competencies, building a live, 'Employment-Ready' passport that belongs to the student, not the institution.
